As part of the person-centred model advocated by St Patrick’s Centre, the need for professional Therapeutic, Clinical and Complementary supports for the people we support, is recognised and respected.
The people we support access a broad range of Clinical and Therapeutic Professionals through ‘The Residents Pathway to MDT’ (Multidisciplinary Team), to include;

St Patrick’s Centre is committed to ensuring that the people we support have access to safe, quality service provision and delivery in their own home and communities. St Patrick’s Centre strives to deliver high quality, evidence based, sustainable, effective and person-centred supports.
A consistent focus on quality assurance, leads to a continually improving and therefore, better service for the people we support and their families. We deliver services in line with the HEALTH ACT 2007 (CARE AND SUPPORT OF RESIDENTS IN DESIGNATED CENTRES FOR PERSONS (CHILDREN AND ADULTS) WITH DISABILITIES) REGULATIONS 2013 and national standards and undergo frequent monitoring and compliance inspections by the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA)
St Patrick’s Centre has a dedicated quality assurance team and all staff undergo a robust training and development program which ensures, collectively, services are delivered consistently in line with regulation and national standards.
The “People we Support” receive a person centered and individualized service from a caring and committed staff. We welcome and encourage family involvement and support. We offer our residents a wide variety of community facilities and services, which include but not limited to such activities as Massage therapy, Reflexology, Art, Music, Communication, Sensory Room, Swimming, Attending sports games, Wheelchair based activities, Orienteering, Theatre, Outings, Cinema visits and Discos.
A Multidisciplinary Team which includes: Speech & Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Social Worker, Nutritionist are provided by the HSE, these in conjunction with our own staff Quality and Therapeutic Manager, Clinical Supervision Specialist, Consultant Psychiatrist, Behavioural Specialist, complement our team which are a tremendous asset to our service.
